LivePerson. www.LivePerson.com.
We use LivePerson at the UCF UWC for KnightOWL online consultations. It’s a synchronous platform available for charge (about $1,200/year). LivePerson allows us to collect useful pre- and post-chat surveys for important assignment-related and demographic information.
